CPAP Direct is the largest independent and family-owned provider of sleep apnea treatment and CPAP equipment in Australia. The sleep apnea specialists partnered with us in 2018 to dream up a campaign with creative that pulls from the brand’s core identity with hues of blue, signature brand tone and humour in association with their customer service commitment which is second to none. The result? Brand awareness and expansion among the target segments. These segments are twofold: those who are diagnosed, understand the condition of sleep apnea and are seeking cost-effective solutions, and those who are undiagnosed, new to the process and require more support before, during and long after their purchase journey. Through a full-suite approach, we were able to build awareness and brand recognition, waking up new audiences to the CPAP mission in a way that is considerate and consistent.
