The April Ford team was enlisted to curate a brand identity that invites the customer to go back for another bite. Inspired by their boutique store, our team created a memorable brand experience by positioning MilkBar as welcoming and community orientated with a modern take on old-fashioned good service.
This is translated at every touchpoint from the digital space down to the details of the packaging, uniforms and signage in-store. Through the execution of on-point branding, tasty content and a specialty pantry of everyday essentials, MilkBar is taking over Hastings Street; one cup of coffee at a time.
We have had an excellent experience from the team at April Ford, shout out to Madi who must of cringed each time we called with our indecisiveness. Her patience and professionalism made the journey towards the end easy. The result, a brand with sophistication and energy thanks to the April Ford team.
